  • We allow exchanges or store credit within 7 days of the delivery date, we do not provide refunds.
  • Approval is required for all returns and exchanges. Items designated for exchange undergo inspection before acceptance, and the process applies to approved items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Please ensure that merchandise is returned in its original condition with the original box.
  • Personalized items are considered FINAL SALE and are ineligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Merchandise displaying signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense. Additionally, return shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
